Resumes, LinkedIn, and interview coaching from someone who sits on the other side of the hiring table — and came to Canada as a newcomer herself.

I came to Canada on my own — a first-generation immigrant and an international student with no network here and no one to fall back on.
So I built one. While I was still studying, I landed a job in my field on campus — at a time when people around me couldn’t get those roles, and many who did were being let go. I wasn’t. I finished that role, took on another outside the university, and turned down offers along the way. I’ve been working since I was 18, and somewhere in all of it I learned exactly what employers look for, how to present yourself in this market, and what actually gets you hired. Eight years of corporate experience across two countries — and by the time I’m talking to you, I’m earning six figures doing it.
Today I’m a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and an HR manager in the public sector. I screen resumes every single day and hire across healthcare, finance, communications, HR, social services, and education — everything from entry-level roles to CEOs and COOs. I know the systems, the ATS, the screening, and the decisions that happen behind the scenes, because I’m the one making them.
I did this from the bottom, by myself, and got into my field right away. Now I’m here to help you do the same — whether you’re a newcomer, a work-permit holder, or a permanent resident ready to break into the Canadian market or grow within it.
“I’ve hired from entry level all the way up to the C-suite. I know what gets you through.”

Prefer to do it yourself? The Career Toolkit is everything I’d hand a newcomer on day one — from first outreach to signing the offer.
One bundle, covering everything from getting started to negotiating your offer.
I’m just getting started here, and I’d rather be honest about that than manufacture social proof I don’t have yet.
What I bring isn’t a portfolio of coaching wins — it’s years of sitting on the hiring side of the table. I screen resumes for a living. I run interviews for a living. I make the call on who gets hired, every week, across multiple industries.
The prices are intentionally low because I’m building something I believe in. Come in at the ground floor.
